Junior(Most of these suck RN)-
Short-Term Running Goals:
5k-16:00. 3 mile-15:00. 3200m-9:45. 1600-4:10.
Long-Term Running Goals:
break 15 for 5k, break 9 for the 3200, run steeplechase in college, Sub-4 mile.
I like puns, rhyming, and other forms of clever wordplay.
1 lap with bleachers, then core, then 1 fast lap, then repeat. Core was 100 sit-ups, 50 hybrids, 50 squat jumps, and 50 tricep dips.
