The long road home, started with 50 squats with 2 laps, than balance balls with 3 laps, than 50 burpees with 4 laps, than planks with three laps, than 50 pushups with 2 laps. Felt good, I'm going to be sore for a while, but coach henderson says we're doing the same workout every day for the rest of this week.
